Furthermore, to ensure accountability, our system generates a customer sms/email requesting feedback on our service. We use this information to maintain, improve and develop fresh and new ideas, with a main focus on building and sustaining a customer centric business.
Compliance: We take our role under the occupational health and safety act seriously. In fact we engaged Backsafe, the industry experts in compliance, to design and deliver an online manual handling and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) training module specifically developed for our unique industry.
